硫化物是水体污染的一项重要指标,也是环境监测和工厂验收的一个重要参数。因为硫化物本身性质,特别是硫化氢的易挥发性,常常造成检测分析结果数据因处理方法的差异有各种程度的偏离实际值,或大或小,影响正常判断以及措施的实施。所以,水样中硫化物的固定至关重要。通过几种固定方法的对比实验,采用亚甲蓝分光光度法对待测水样进行测定,从处理后水样呈现的分散系状态以及离子反应沉淀状态发现,加入固定剂的药品和顺序不同,沉淀呈现出的物理性态随天数放置各不相同,影响测量结果,对比之后可优选出较好的水样固定保存方法。%Sulfide is an important indicator of water pollution , and it is also an important parameter for environ-mental monitoring and factory acceptance .Because of the nature of the sulfide itself , especially the volatile of the hydrogen sulfide , the difference of the data due to the processing method of the detection analysis result has various degrees of deviation from the actual value , or large or small .Affect the normal judgment and the implementation of measures.Therefore, the fixation of sulfur in water is very important .Through contrast experiment of several fixed method using methylene blue light photometric method for the treatment of water samples were measured , from the sample after treatment showed the dispersion state and ion reaction precipitation state found that different adding drug and the order of the fixing agent and precipitation showing the physical state with days placed each are not i -dentical , affect the measurement results , the contrast can be optimized fixed preservation method of water sample for good.
