四川创新型人力资本与经济增长的实证分析

             

摘要

Using the innovative human capital measured by the level of education, and through the unit root test, co-integration a-nalysis and VAR model, this paper analyzes the relationship between innovative human capital and economic growth of Sichuan and the relationship between the innovative human capital level and the level of output. The results show that the innovative human capital and economic growth of Sichuan has a long-term equilibrium between positive relationship ( namely the innovative human capital have a 1%increasing as output can be increased by 0. 752%), but, innovative human capital level on output level is not obvious (namely the in-fluence of innovative human capital on economic growth is still relatively low) . According to the empirical results, this paper puts for-ward relevant policy and suggestions on human capital investment in Sichuan.%使用创新型人力资本以受教育程度为计量标准,通过单位根检验、协整分析方法和VAR模型,分析四川创新型人力资本存量与经济增长的关系以及创新型人力资本水平与产出水平的关系。结果表明,虽然四川创新型人力资本存量与经济增长之间存在长期的均衡正向关系(即创新型人力资本每增加1%,产出可增加0.752%),但是创新型人力资本水平对产出水平还不是很明显(即创新型人力资本存量对经济增长的影响还比较低)。最后,提出四川人力资本投资的相关对策建议。
