曝气生物滤池补充处理污水厂出水的中试研究

     

摘要

针对某污水处理厂二级生化出水,开展了曝气生物滤池中试实验研究.分别开展了下向流和上向流滤池形式的实验研究,通过对比实验,最终确定适宜的滤池形式和滤料;并对气水体积比、水力负荷、水温等影响因素进行了分析和讨论,优化操作条件,确定了工艺的最佳操作参数.通过活性炭、陶粒2种滤料的微观结构对比,对反应机理进行了探讨.中试实验结果表明:上向流曝气生物滤池(活性炭、陶粒混装滤料)对污水厂二级生化出水进行补充处理,可以使污水厂出水COD指标达到污水综合排放标准(GB8978-1996)的一级标准.%The pilot experiment of BAF was used to treat the secondary biochemical effluent from sewage factory. The contrasting experiment was carried out on two modes of BAF (UBAF and DBAF), and two kinds of carriers (ceramic granule and activated carbon). By comparing, the optimum BAF form and filter materials were determined finally. The principal influencing factors of BAF were the ratio of air to water, hydraulic loading, water temperature. And the operational conditions were optimized, and defined the best operation parameter to obtain the optimization resolution. The result showed: that using two-stage UBAF which is filled with ceramic granule and activated carbon,treated the secondary biochemical effluent, the effluent quality can achieve the first level criteria specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978-1996).
