A high concentration wastewater treatment system using a biofilm reaction tank and a biofilm filtration tank of natural aeration type is provided to remove at least 90% of organic materials and at least 90% of suspended solids in the pretreatment process, remove at least 95% of organic materials and at least 95% of suspended solids in the main treatment process, and remove at least 40% of organic materials and at least 40% of suspended solids in the posttreatment process. A high concentration wastewater treatment system using a biofilm reaction tank and a biofilm filtration tank of natural aeration type comprises: a pretreatment process including a solid-liquid separation process, an anaerobic digestion process, and a dissolved air flotation process; a main treatment process including an oxidation process using a natural aeration type biofilm; and a posttreatment process including a filtration process using a natural aeration type biofilm. The high concentration wastewater treatment system comprises: a catchment tank; a centrifuge into which raw water is flown through a feed pump, and which sends wastewater to the oxidation tank; an oxidation tank from which wastewater is sent to a first anaerobic digester and a second anaerobic digester through a metering pump; a flocculation tank into which wastewater is supplied through a transfer pump; a reaction tank into which wastewater passing through the flocculation tank is supplied, and which sends treated water to the natural aeration type biofilm reaction tank through a dissolved air flotation system; a natural aeration type biofilm reaction tank which recirculates influent through a circulation pump, and transfers treated water to a settling tank through the stabilization tank; a stabilization tank into which treated water passing through respective stages of the reaction tank is supplied; a natural aeration type biofilm filtration tank which filtrates treated water through a filtering pump, and which transfers treated water to a discharge tank.
