远程教育教务管理岗位胜任力模型分析与构建

         

摘要

"The national medium and long term program for education reform and development (2010-2020)" proposed to construct lifelong learning system, and vigorously develop modern distance education, which puts forward a higher request to the educational administration personnel who engaged in the distance education. This paper introduced the related concept of competency, analyses and designs the distance education management per-sonnel competency model. This model not only is used for the selection, employment and evaluation of educational management staff, but also provides suggestions for the educational administration personnel recruitment, and training.%《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》提出,要构造终身学习体系,大力发展现代远程教育。这对从事远程教育的教务管理人员又提出了更高的要求。本文介绍了胜任力的相关概念,分析及构思了远程教育教务管理人员岗位胜任力模型。此模型不仅能在选拔、聘用和考核教务管理人员工作上有所帮助,还能在教务管理人员的招聘、培训中提供意见和建议。
