基于文化差异的涉外导游人才现状与培养对策分析

T he cultivation of guide-interpreter should include language, professional skills and etiquette, but the m ostim portantelem entshould be culture.Thispaperfocuseson the culturallevel,analyzesthe culturaldiffer-ences athom e and abroad,and com es up w ith the talents training program aim ed atdom estic internationaltourism talents.%涉外导游人才的培养应从语言、专业、礼仪等多个方面着手，但其中最为重要的应当是文化层面的培养和熏陶。为此，笔者从文化层面入手，分析国内外文化的差异，以此为切入点，提出适用于国内旅游市场的涉外导游人才培养方案。
