我国新型农村养老保险制度存在的问题及完善对策——以山东省临沂市为例

中国是农业大国，农村人口占比大，且老龄化趋势明显。农民的养老问题既牵扯到农民自己的切身利益，亦关系到整个社会的和谐稳定。本文通过对新型农村养老保险试点之一的山东省临沂市的走访调查，分析了新型农村养老保险实施过程中的问题及原因，并提出相关对策建议，从而对全国新型农村养老保险制度的建设及完善提供一定的借鉴。%China is a big agricultural country with a large population of peasants who has an obvious aging trend. The problem of providing for the aged involves the benefits of farmers, also relates to the social harmony and stability. Based on the investigation of Linyi which is one of the pilot projects in china, this article analyzes problems and reasons of the new rural old-age insurance, raising some related countermeasures, thereby offering renferences in a centain extent in building and consummating the new rural old-age insurance system in our country.
