转变教学理念创新教学方法--公共管理学科教学创新研究

Public management discipline history is relatively short, the subject system is still in continuous complete. To achieve good teaching effect, it can be improved from four aspects. First, Outstanding learning value, cultivate students' learning interest. second, Basic knowledge to lay a solid foundation, highlight the concept of education. third, The combination of the theory teaching and case teaching. forth, To realize the mutual promotion of teaching and scientific research.%对于公共管理教学而言，培养学生的创新能力，以及善于解决管理实践问题的能力，比单纯灌输管理知识更为重要。公共管理的学科历史相对短暂，学科体系还处在不断完整之中。在目前的学科框架下，要达到良好的教学效果，可以从四个方面进行完善：突出学习价值，培养学生学习情趣；夯实基础知识，突出理念教育；实现理论教学与案例教学的有机结合；实现教学与科研的相互促进。
