高校参与国防科研的问题与对策

摘要

Universities are scientific and technological innovation and basic research base,they play important roles in national defense scientific research.However,the participation in national defense scientific research remains many problems to be solved urgently.This article in view of the university to participate in national defense scientific research problems,analysis of one by one,the corresponding countermeasures were put forward,finally introduced the work and effectiveness of China University of Geosciences（Wuhan） in the national defense scientific research.The author hopes it draw lessons from a meaning for China＇s universities to participate in the national defense scientific research.%高校是科技创新和基础研究的基地,在国家国防科研中发挥了重要作用。然而高校在参与国防科研中存在着许多突出问题。本文针对高校参与国防科研存在的问题,逐一分析,提出了相应的对策。最后介绍了中国地质大学（武汉）在国防科研方面已开展的工作及其成效,以期能对我国高校参与国防科研带来借鉴意义。
