独立学院贫困生现状调研——以河北省某独立学院为例

摘要

随着国家对大学生助学力度的加大,教育部大量专项资金涌入高校,高校也因此面临着如何公平、公正地把钱发放到家庭经济困难的学生手中这样一个难题。本文以河北省某独立学院为样本,在大量文献研究及实地问卷调查的基础上,得出独立学院贫困生现状,并深入探讨了高校在国家助学金评定过程中存在的问题,也试图对国家助学金评定中的问题给出对策。%In order to improve the state of college student,the Ministry of Education put much money into college with much more efforts,then the colleges are facing a question of how to distribute money to the families of needy students fairly.In order to understand the status of financially strapped students,we take an independent college of Hebei province as a sample on the basis of questionnaire survey,also we want to find the problem in the distributing of subsidy and give our countermeasure.
