我国高校的思想政治教育管理工作是提高学生思想政治认识水平的重要环节,需要对其管理现状进行全面的分析,然后改善高校的思想教育工作,使学生思想政治教育可以顺利开展,使学生实现全面发展。本文先是讲解了我国高校思想政治教育管理的现状,然后提出了教育管理的发展建议。%China's ideological and political education management is an important segment of improving the level of students' ideological and political awareness.We should analyze the present situation of the management,and then improve the ideological education work in colleges and universities.In this way,students' ideological and political education can be carried out smoothly,and their all-round development can be achieved.This paper firstly presents the present situation of China's college ideological and political education management,and then puts forward suggestions for the development of education management.
