随着我国经济的发展,打工一族已经遍布于中国西部农村的每一个角落。在我国广大的西部农村地区,由于经济发展水平落后,仅靠田地的收入已经不能满足家庭正常生活需求,于是广大西部农村的绝大多数学生的父母外出打工,孩子则由爷爷奶奶或外公外婆等亲属抚养,进而导致了大量的留守儿童。这样一个特殊的群体,由于在成长的历程中缺乏父母的管教和心灵上的抚慰,大多数孩子的心理发展存在一定的障碍,譬如偏激、叛逆、自私、自卑等极端情绪。这些不良情绪会影响其心理健康,进而严重影响他们的正常学习和生活。因此,对于工作在乡镇中学的教师来说,其教育管理工作就显得格外的艰巨和重要。%With China's economic development,there are more and more migrant worker coming from western rural areas,so more and more lift-behind children are living in poor conditions with their grandfathers and grandmothers.Due to the lack of parents' education and care,many of them have certain psychological obstacles,which might affect their psychological health and their ordinary learning and living.Therefore,it is a huge but important task for rural teachers to implement their education and management.
