浅谈高职院校新生的心理适应问题及对策——以湖南环境生物职业技术学院为例

摘要

进入大学是人生的一次重要转折,高职院校新生在适应这一转变过程中,在教学体制、学习方法、人际关系、生活环境等方面产生诸多困难和问题。这需要大学新生积极、主动从各方面调整自己,才能适应大学生活。%It is an important turning of life to enter the college, however,in the transformation process,there exist various problems and difficulties among higher vocational freshmen, such as teaching system, learning method, interpersonal relationship and living environment and so on. To adapt to college life, they should positively and actively adjust themselves in various aspects.
