高校来华留学生教育法律规定的研读

摘要

来华留学生教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分。随着来华留学生教育工作的日益成熟，我国适时制定和修改了一系列与来华留学生教育相关的法规。但现行来华留学生教育相关法规不够完善的地方也日渐显露。本文将通过对当前法规的研读，提出不完善的地方和解决办法。%The education of international students in China is an important part of China's higher education, and it is becoming more and more mature, so China has timely drawn up and a-mended a series of relevant laws and regulations for international students in China. But the imperfect aspects of the laws and reg-ulations are also gradually prominent. Through an interpretation of the current laws and regulations, this paper proposes the im-perfect aspects and the solutions.
