“罗森塔尔效应”和“破窗理论”的对决

     

摘要

中职学校的班级管理一向是个老大难问题,我们认为,对中职学生的管理是一种技巧,更是一门教育艺术,其问题的实质是“罗森塔尔效应”与“破窗理论”的对决。我们必须时刻警惕“破窗现象”的出现,在防微杜渐的同时,从根本上杜绝不良风气对学生带来的负面作用;借鉴“罗森塔尔效应”,给学生以积极的关注、期待和引导,激发其自信心,使之产生一种努力改变自我、积极完善自我的不竭动力。%Class management in secondary vocational schools has always been notoriously difficult, and we believe that the man-agement of students in secondary vocational schools is a skill and also an art of education, and the essence of this issue is the con-frontation between "the Rosenthal effect" and the "broken win-dows theory". We must always be vigilant about the occurrence of"broken windows phenomenon", and at the same time of caution-ing against small matters, we should fundamentally eliminate the negative effect of unhealthy tendencies on students. Referring to"the Rosenthal effect", we should give students positive attention, expectations and guidance, and stimulate their self-confidence, so that they can form an inexhaustible driving force of self-change and positive self-improvement.
