随着教育制度的改革和信息技术的发展，传统的教学模式已经不能满足电大的发展的需要了，建立新的电大管理制度迫在眉睫，被大学所广泛采用的宽基础、活模块的学分管理制度，应该是电大适应社会潮流，顺应学生发展的最有利的教育发展模式。但这对教学模式提出了新的要求，一改传统的教学风格，将教学板块改为基础、模块和学分三大块，可以实现教与学灵活掌控的局面。下面就从电大学籍档案管理的特点、学分制、教学模式方面进行论述。%With the reform of education system and the develop-ment of information technology, traditional teaching mode can no longer meet the development needs of TV universities, so the es-tablishment of a new TV university management system is imper-ative. The credit management system widely adopted by colleges is a beneficial mode for social trend and students' development. But it also proposes new requirements, changing traditional teaching styles, dividing teaching plates into three parts and making it flexible. This paper discusses from the characteristics of students' enrollment records management, the credit system and teaching mode.
