谈教师专业化中专业方向的个性发展

文章谈论了教师专业方向的个性发展问题，对教师专业方向的个性发展成因和结果进行了分析，同时也指出了高职院校教师专业方向的个性发展的优点与值得注意的问题。%This paper discusses the personality development in teachers' professional development, analyzes the causes and re-sults of teachers' personality development, and points out the is-sues that should be payed attention to in the process.
