浅谈《劳动合同法》修正案下的高校劳务派遣用工机制

     

摘要

2012年底《劳动合同法》最新修正案公布,在同工同酬原则、适用岗位范围、人数比例控制等方面对劳务派遣用工提出了新的要求,高校作为用工单位深受影响,应加紧规范进程,尽快建立起科学的用工机制和管理体系。%The announcement of the amendment of"Labor Con-tract Law"by the end of 2012 put forward new demands for labor dispatching in such aspects as the principle of equal pay for e-qual job, job scope, number control and other aspects, which greatly influence universities as labor units, so universities should intensify specification process as quickly as possible, so as to es-tablish a scientific employment mechanism and management sys-tem.
