论中小学心理健康教育存在的问题及对策

Currently, there are series of problems of the mental health education in primary and middle schools, such as a lack of professionals and low professional developmental level, perform-ing practically no function, students in a passive position, nega-tive psychological guiding ideas and neglecting the construction of mental health environment etc. We must strengthen the devel-opment of professional teachers, value and adopt self-help mental health education, put positive psychology factors into the mental health education, take full advantage of all kinds of education re-sources and make use of various ways to carry out mental health education.%当前我国中小学心理健康教育存在一系列亟待解决的问题：专业人员缺乏且其专业发展水平低、心理健康教育形同虚设、学生处于被动地位、具有消极心理学取向和忽视心理健康环境的营造，在以后实施心理健康教育的过程中，应加强心理健康教育专业教师队伍建设、重视并采用自助式心理健康教育、给心理健康教育注入积极心理学因素、充分利用各种教育资源和多种途径进行心理健康教育。
