提升高校科技统计效率的数据处理软件开发及应用

摘要

Based on the content filling requirements and the situ-ation of the university, with the assistance of the second develop-ment interface of excel and VC++, this paper analyzed the key points of the project which affected work efficiency and then de-veloped a data processing software which could improve the effi-ciency of University Science and technology statistics. The soft-ware overcame the problem of information share system about the project and funds which was belonged to different institute of the university. It also completed the combination of project informa-tion and project funding information and accumulated the sub-project funds. Therefore, the university implemented the conversion of the inefficient manual data processing method to an efficient one, which could improve the project efficiency dramati-cally as long as increase the ability to avoid omissions.%本文根据全国普通高校科技统计年报填报内容、要求及学校实际情况，分析了影响效率的关键节点，通过excel的二次开发接口，借助VC++，开发了一款用于提高高校科技统计工作效率的数据处理软件。通过这一软件，克服了项目信息和项目经费信息分属校内不同系统、不能共享的缺陷，完成了项目信息和项目经费信息的拼接以及分卡子项目经费的累加，实现从手工低效处理数据到信息化高效处理数据的本质转变，极大地提高了工作效率并避免疏漏。
