改革推免生选拔模式提高人才培养质量--以昆明理工大学为例

摘要

以昆明理工大学开展的“多类型和多层次”推免生的推荐选拔机制改革为例，通过推免生选拔模式多样化改革，重点突出对推免生创新能力、专业潜能和综合素质的考核，推免生整体质量不断提高。对近年推免工作进行总结，探索建立了推免生考核评价选拔体系，加大了优秀人才选拔力度，提高了推免生生源质量，有力地推动了本科教学质量的提高。%Withe the experience in Kunming University of Sci-ence and Technology as an example, through the reform on rec-ommending exam-free postgraduate selection mode, we focus on the evaluation students' innovative ability, professional potentials and comprehensive quality, and this has gradually improved the quality of exam-free postgraduates. After summarizing recent years' work, we explore and establish a selection system for ex-am-frees students, and enhance the selection depth, aiming at improving the quality of exam-free students and undergraduate teaching.
