浅谈辅导员在医学生人文素养教育中的作用

摘要

20世纪以来，随着传统医学模式转向“生物-心理-社会”现代医学模式，社会对医学人才的整体素养尤其是人文素养提出新的要求。加强医学生人文素养教育，培养出具备扎实的医学专业知识，深厚的人文素养的新型人才，是新时期培养合格医学人才的必然要求。而医学院校辅导员在医学生培养中肩负着举足轻重的作用。如何充分发挥辅导员的作用和优势，确保医学生人文素质教育系统化，长期化，从而取得良好的成效，值得探讨。%Since the last century, the society has proposed new requirements for medical talents' comprehensive accomplish-ment, especially humanistic accomplishment, so it is inevitable to enhance medical students' humanistic education in the new times. In the process, the counselor shoulders an important re-sponsibility. This paper mainly discusses the role of counselors in the education of medical students' humanistic accomplishment.
