医学院校辅导员在医学生职业道德教育中的作用

Professional ethics education is a vital component of medical students' ideological and political education.Unfortunately,there is much room for improvement in this regard.Medical college advisors,as the backbone of ideological and political education,should play well their roles as the in-structor,organizer and demonstrator in students'professional ethics education.They need to improve the effectiveness through classroom teaching,theme-focused education,fine example education,op-portunity education and inspirational activities so as to raise the level of students'professional ethics and promote the harmony and development of the country's medical care sector.%医学生职业道德教育是医学院校思想政治教育的重要组成部分，当前医学生职业道德教育实效性不强。医学院校辅导员作为开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量，对医学生职业道德教育具有传授、组织、示范等重要作用。辅导员可以利用课堂教学、主题教育、榜样教育、契机教育、活动育人等途径，增强医学生职业道德教育的实效性，提高医学生职业道德水平，促进医疗卫生事业的和谐发展。
