积极心理健康教育院高职顶岗实习生心理健康教育新途径

摘要

顶岗实习开展以来，高职院校一直长期重视实习生的心理健康教育。然而，传统“诊治式”心理健康教育已无法满足面向全体学生的需要，积极心理健康教育恰恰体现出这种学校心理健康教育的理念。本文分析高职顶岗实习生心理健康研究现状，结合积极心理健康教育理念和教育模式，探讨顶岗实习生积极心理教育的途径与方法，冀能为高职顶岗实习生心理健康教育提供借鉴。%Since the implementation of on-post practice, higher vocational colleges has focused on psychological health education for on-post practice students for a long time. However, traditional psychological health education can no longer meet the needs of all students, while positive psychological health education can meet it. This paper analyzes the current situation of the research-es on positive psychological education for on-post practice stu-dents, and explores its methods, hoping to provide some refer-ences.
