浅谈高校学生组织的管理与实践

摘要

The college is a place for the most energetic talents to gather together. With the expanding college enrollment, student management is harder, so the role of student organizations is more important. This paper mainly discusses how to strengthen the management of student organizations from four aspects.%　　高校是一个思维最活跃的人才聚集地，广大学生是高校的组成部分。随着高校的逐年扩张，高校对于学生管理更加困难，在这样的背景下强化学生组织的作用就更加重要。本文着重探讨应当如何加强学生组织的管理，从制度建设、活动管理、创新建设以及人员培养等方面进行阐述。
