二级管理模式下新建本科院校教务管理的问题与对策

摘要

With the innovation of Chinese higher education, the educational administration management of the new undergraduate institutions implement two-level management in order to speed up the process which to be undergraduate institutions. But the effects of the reform did not achieve the expected results. Some contradictions and problems have been found to influence and restrict the improvement of the education quality. This paper aims at the specific issues to propose solutions in details, which en-sures the sustainable development and reform of the new under-graduate institutions and have certain reference and value for scholars in researching such issues in future.%　　随着我国高等教育改革不断深化，新建本科院校实行内部改革，教务管理大多实行校、院（系）两级管理模式。由于在某些层面难免还没有完全摆脱过去的管理模式，以致教务运行效率不高，使得教务管理工作存在着不少的问题。文章针对新建本科院校在二级管理模式下教务管理工作中存在的问题提出建议对策，期望能提高教务管理效率并有助于今后关于二级管理模式下教务管理的研究。
