从马克思原理角度解读生态文明建设中政府“引导人”角色的理论基础

摘要

Based on the present "guidance-based government"model, this paper firstly analyzes the new connotation of the gov-ernment's "guide" role in the construction of ecological civiliza-tion, and then interprets its rationality in the perspective of eco-logical civilization with the Marxist social history, materialism and epistemology as the theoretical support, aiming to make a further inquiry into "promoting the building of ecological civilization" in report for the 18th CPC National Congress.%　　本文在已有的政府角色理论“引导型政府”模式基础上，首先分析政府“引导人”角色在生态文明建设中的的新内涵，继而以马克思主义社会历史观、唯物论和认识论为理论支撑，解读其在生态文明视野下确立的合理性，旨在对十八大报告关于“大力推进生态文明建设”内容作进一步探究。
