团体心理辅导在大学生心理健康教育中的应用探索

摘要

大学生心理健康教育已列为大学生必修课程，可传统说教式课程模式形式枯燥，内容单一。团体心理辅导在课程中的新应用，能充分调动学生的积极性，培养学生的自我意识，增加课程的趣味性，对促进和加强大学生心理健康教育的改革具有指导意义。%Psychological education of college students has become college students' compulsory course, but traditional teaching method is dull with simple contents. The application of group psychological education can fully motivate students' activeness, cultivate their self-consciousness, and increase their interest, which is of guiding significance to the reform of college stu-dents'psychological education.
