校企深度合作是高等职业教育改革和发展的重点和难点，是有效解决高等职业教育“瓶颈”问题的突破口和关键点。本文从开展校企深度合作的必要性出发，探讨了校企深度合作难以开展的因素，提出了推进校企合作发展的对策。%Deep school-enterprise cooperation is a key and hard point for the reform and development of higher vocational educa-tion, and is also the breakthrough of effectively solving the "bot-tleneck" problems of higher vocational education. Starting from the necessity of implementing deep school-enterprise coopera-tion, this paper explores the factors hindering it and proposes the countermeasures to promote it.
