大学生就业困难与就业意识培养探析

摘要

College students' employment has become an important issue relating to Chinese people's livelihood, but it is more severe with the popularization of college education. Employment aware-ness obviously affects employment. Starting from the difficult em-ployment of female and poverty-stricken graduates, this paper explores the cultivation of college students' employment aware-ness, so as to comprehensively improve the quality of college stu-dents' employment.%　　大学生就业问题是关系我国国计民生的重要问题，随着大学教育的普及，大学生的就业问题也随之严峻起来。就业意识对就业的影响明显，本文从女生和贫困大学生就业困难的分析入手，探讨加强大学生就业意识的培养，促进大学生全面和高质量就业。
