PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an employment contract management system capable of easily concluding an employment contract with a new employee while securing secrecy management property for personal identification information, and an employment contract management device, an employment contract management method, and an employment contract management program.;SOLUTION: An employment contract management system 1 includes an employer side information terminal 5, an employee side information terminal 4, an employee registration unit 10 for registering an employee, a contract document creating unit 12 which presents contents of the employment contract, accepts input from the employee to the contents of the employment contract, and creates the employment contract document, a contract document DB 13 for storing the employment contract document, a my-number acquisition unit 14 for acquiring personal identification information of the employee including my-number information, a my-number DB 15 for storing the my-number, and a management control unit 16 which creates a management number in association with the my-number of the employee, and manages the management number in association with the employment contract document.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
