PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production plan employment registration device, production plan employment registration method, production plan employment registration program and computer- readable program storage medium with the production plan employment registration program stored therein capable of satisfying a necessary labor power according to a made production plan substantially in real time.;SOLUTION: This device has an employee registration means 76 for registering job seeker information including the contact address of a job seeker who desires to work, job offering information management means 73 and 74 for acquiring and managing job offering information related to types of job necessary for the execution of the production plan and the number of persons for the types of job, an application means 78 for disclosing the job offering information related to the necessary number of persons for the types of job and collecting applications from job seekers, a selection means for selecting job seekers suitable to the production plan based on the applications from the accepted job seekers, and a reporting means 72 for reporting the pass to the selected job seekers.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
