残疾学生公寓文明建设管理的探索和实践

摘要

There are many kinds of disabled students in special education colleges, and their physical and psychological condi-tions are also different, which brings big challenge for ideological and political education and management. Combining with the characteristics of disabled students, through the construction of apartment culture and management team, the writer orderly im-plement the work, and provide more and better service for stu-dents.%　　特殊教育院校存在学生残疾类别多，学生生理、心理不同，对问题理解认知千差万别，给公寓的思想政治教育和管理带来了较大的挑战。笔者结合工作实际抓住残疾学生特点，通过公寓文化、管理队伍建设，充分发挥学生干部的作用，有条不紊地开展工作，为学生提供更多更好的服务。
