基于“校企合作、工学结合”的教学团队建设与管理--以高职会计专业为例

摘要

随着高职教育改革的不断深入和内涵建设要求的不断提高，“校企合作、工学结合”已成为高等职业院校人才培养工作的重点，而教学团队建设是实施校企合作的基础和起点。只有努力加强教学团队建设，苦练内功，才能增强服务地方经济建设的能力和本领。本文在分析问题实质的基础上，提出了在校企合作背景下专业教学团队建设的方法和途径。%With the deepening of higher vocational education re-form and the rising of requirements for connotation construction,"school-enterprise cooperation and working-learning combina-tion" has become the focus of higher vocational talent training, while the construction of teaching group is its basis and starting point. Based on analyzing the essence of the problems, this paper proposes the methods of teaching group construction under the background of school-enterprise cooperation.
