退役运动员就业管理模式研究

摘要

The employment management for the retired athletes, as well as the problems in the process of the management have been discussed in the paper, Moreover,measures have been put forward to promote the management,such as implementing the combination of education and sports thoroughly, establishing and improving the training systems of retired athletes; setting up the security system;strengthening the legal system;and changing at-titudes and so on.%本文对运动员退役后就业管理模式进行了论述，探讨了管理过程中存在的问题，并对管理的推进提出了相应对策：深入贯彻体教结合，建立和健全退役运动员就业培训制度；建立保障体系；加强法制建设；改变观念等。
