新生代农民工城市融入障碍及路径选择

摘要

Just as what the previous generation do, the new gen-eration of migrant workers have been making an important con-tribution to urban development, but the new generation have some new featured thinking styles and behaviors that are not to-tally same as the previous generation, which has lead to many new problems and situations in the new generation's integration into the city. Starting from the importance of the new generation's integration into the city, this paper attempts to analyze and make relevant reflections on the obstacles and ways of the new genera-tion's integration into the city.%新生代农民工与其上辈一样为城市发展作出了重要贡献，但他们又有与上辈不尽相同的思维方式和行为习惯，呈现出新特点，在城市融入进程中产生了不少的新问题、新情况。本文试着从新生代农民工城市融入的重要性出发，分析新生代农民工城市融入的障碍因素和解决路径，从而对这一问题作出相关思考。
