新形势下以实践育人为导向的大学生思想政治教育创新探析

Much importance has always been attached to the ide-ological and political education of university students by our Party and country who have been continuously strengthening it through relevant documents and policies. Ideological and political educa-tion is a gradual process with the coordinated development of cognition, emotion, will and behavior, but the current university ideological and political education is insufficient in cultivating talents, which separates theory from practice and severely affects the effectiveness of ideological and political education. Under the new situation, the innovation of ideological and political educa-tion for university students oriented by education in practice should be enhanced, so as to enable university students to apply the theoretical knowledge they learned to practice.%对于大学生的思想政治教育问题，党和国家一直高度重视，也通过相关的文件和政策不断加强高校大学生思政教育。人的思想道德教育是一个渐变的过程，要做到知情意行相互协调发展，但是目前高校的思想政治教育存在着育人时间不足的问题，使得大学生思想政治教育理论和实践相分割，这就对思想政治教育的实效性产生很大的影响。在新形势下，需要加强以实践为导向的大学生思想政治教育创新，促进学生能够将学到的理论知识运用于实践之中。
