随着科学发展和技术进步的速度越来越快，社会对高职学生的能力要求也在不断变化。文章以大连职业技术学院为例，通过加强计算机信息管理专业建设，明确培养目标，构建有特色的课程体系，形成“校办工厂、工学结合”的人才培养模式；尝试弹性教学管理，加强第二课堂和职业技能大赛等教学改革措施，培养信管专业学生的创新意识和创新能力。%With the increasingly rapid science development and technology progress, social demands for the abilities of higher vo-cational students are also continually changing. Taking Dalian Vocational & Technical College for example, this paper intro-duced the formation of the "college-run factory and work-ing-learning combination"talent cultivation mode through rein-forcing professional construction of computer information man-agement, well defining the cultivation objectives, and constructing characteristic curriculum system;we also attempted flexible teach-ing management, and teaching reform measures such as reinforc-ing the second classroom and occupationd skills contest, in order to cultivate the innovative consciousness and innovative ability of the students majoring in computer information management.
