Development of a Training Program for Shaft and Slope Construction Personnel

摘要

This report documents the need for formal health and safety and equipment operations training in the mine construction industry. The outlines, objectives, and training texts were developed based on the recommendation of needs of mine construction personnel and two contractors. The training material contained herein and under other contracts are designed to improve the safety and production of those in mine construction.
