孔子学院快速发展中的问题及对策研究--以坦桑尼亚为例

摘要

孔子学院经过10年的发展，取得辉煌成绩的同时也暴露出如管理、师资、文化传播及发展评估等诸多问题。通过对这些问题进行简要论述、分析，试图探索一些孔子学院良性发展的策略，以期对汉语国际推广和中国文化传播有所裨益。%After 10 years of development, Confucius Institute made brilliant achievements, but also exposed a lot of problems in management, teaching staff, cultural spread and development e-valuation. Through a brief elabo ration and analysis on these problems, this paper attempts to explore some strategies for the favorable development of Confucius Institute, hoping to benefit the international promotion of Chinese and the spread of Chinese culture.
