建立现代大学制度的启航--制定“大学章程”

摘要

The formulation of "university r egulations" is con-ducive to the perfection of university governan ce structure, the promotion of university de-administration, the development of le-gal administrated universities,and the scientific road of autonomously running university.In the promotion of university regulations, on one hand, the rights and duties of university organizers and run-ners will be clearly defined,on the other hand,university interior governance will be standardized, so it will become a starting point of establishing contemporary university system in China.%高等学校制定“大学章程”，有利于完善高校的治理结构，促进高校去行政化，并逐步走向一个依法治校，学校自主办校的科学化轨道。推动高校章程，一方面将对大学举办者、办学者的权利边界和职责义务进行明确界定，同时对在大学内部治理进行规范，将成为中国教育建立现代大学制度启航。
