基础文明建设，把构建“和谐”作为大学生思想政治教育的基本内容，采取有效措施保证大学生思想政治教育的有效开展，探索大学生思想政治教育的长效机制，确保大学生思想政治教育的内涵更丰富，外延更拓展，意义更深远。%In basic civilization construction,"harmony"construc-tion should be the basic content of the ideological and political e-ducation of college students.
