在我国的中职教育中，中职班主任是中职教育的主要管理者，也是中职教育的主要骨干力量。因此，在中职教育中班主任的责任重要，他们对学生的管理、对学生思想道德的培养、对中职学生的健康成长都起着非常重要的作用。本文从中职班主任的专业化能力入手进行分析，说明中职班主任专业化的重要意义以及中职班主任专业化的实践方法。%In China's secondary vocational education, secondary vocational head teachers are the main managers of secondary vo-cational education, as well as the backbone of secondary voca-tional education. Therefore, secondary vocational head teachers have a great responsibility, and they play a pivotal role in student management, the cultivation of students' ideology and morality, and students' healthy growth. Starting fr om the analysis of sec-ondary vocational head teachers' professional abilities, this paper discussed the significance and practice methods of secondary vo-cational head teachers' professionalization.
