关于大学生职业生涯规划的几点思考

俗话说：“志不立，天下无可成之事。”志向是事业成功的前提，立志是人生的起跑点，反映了一个人的理想、胸怀、情趣和价值观，影响一个人的奋斗目标及成就的大小。大学生活是职业生涯发展的关键时期，因此，如何在大学期间规划好未来职业发展方向就成为大学生必须为之奋斗的首要目标。%As the saying goes, "without the determination of an ambition,nothing can be done". Ambition is the premise of suc-cess,and the determination of an ambition is the starting point in life,as it reflects a person's ideal,mind,taste and values,and influ-ences the person's goals and achievements.University life is a critical period of career development,therefore,how to well plan the future direction of development has become university stu-dents' primary goal which they must strive for in the university.
