高校教学秘书职业倦怠现状分析

The teaching secretary for a university, as an indis-pensable post in teaching management, takes a very important responsibility. But in the work of teaching secretaries, they are suffering from great pressure, especially in recent years when it has become job burnout. This phenomenon not only harms the individual development of teaching secretaries, but also reduces the efficiency of university management work. Based on the above social background, this paper analyzes and discusses the current situation and causes of university teaching secretaries' job burnout in the present society.%高校的教学秘书是教学管理中不可或缺的一个职务，承担着非常重要的职责。高校教学秘书在工作中一直以来有着非常大的压力，近几年尤其如此，已成为一种职业倦怠现象。这种现象不仅不利于教学秘书的个人发展，也降低了高校管理工作的效率。本文基于以上的社会背景分析讨论现在社会中存在的高校教学秘书职业倦怠的现状和原因。
