英语阅读课教学的目的是为了提高学生的阅读能力,图式理论指出决定阅读能力的因素有三个:语言、内容和形式。本文通过介绍图式理论以及阅读过程模式,探讨图式理论在英语阅读教学中的应用。%The teaching purpose of English reading course is to improve students' reading proficiency. Schema theory indicates that there are three factors which influence the reading proficien-cy:linguistic, content and formal schema. This paper focuses on introducing the schema theory, the processes and models of read-ing, and it explores the application of schema theory in English reading teaching.
