高职院校学生管理要注重校园文化的建设

高职院校的学生管理工作不能总是依靠金科玉律和校规校纪来约束，各种规章制度固然重要，但是学生管理必须从每个同学的心灵入手，通过良好的校园文化来引导。文化铸就灵魂，良好的校园文化不仅能够体现自身的办学特色，更是高职院校提高学生管理工作水平的有力支撑。%Student management in higher vocational colleges should not have always relied on rigid college regulations and disciplines which are of course important, but student manage-ment must start with each student's mind, thus guiding them by favorable campus culture. Culture makes soul, therefore, favor-able campus culture can not only manifest unique college-run-ning characteristics, but also effectively support the improvement of student management in higher vocational colleges.
