PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject apparatus for choral cultivation that is made of a marine floating structure in which choral-growing shelves are arranged between a plurality of floating bodies that an stay at any arbitrary depth in the sea water. SOLUTION: The objective apparatus comprises a plurality of floating bodies 1 that can stay at any arbitrary depth in the sea water and choral-sticking and growing shelves 3 that are arranged between the floating bodies. The choral-growing shelves are preferably composed of a plurality of steps with different heights. As a floating body 1, is used, for example, a known floating body equipped with a hollow concrete body and a means that can charge and discharge sea water into and from the hollow concrete thereby allowing the floating body to stay at any arbitrary depth. This apparatus enables its arbitrary staying depth according to the growth, water temperature, the strength of ultraviolet rays, enables ready and sufficient replacement with clean and fresh water and can receive the transmitted light enough to be needed for choral growth and can be positioned to any arbitrary point that has a suitable temperature thereby attaining the ideal growth of choral.
