新时期高校共青团工作探析

摘要

As an important part of the Communist Youth League of China, university Youth League is a bridge and link between the Communist Party of China and the youth; meanwhile, as a grassroots organization directly for university students, the uni-versity Youth League plays an important role in the university construction system and higher education cause. Through analyz-ing the organization, functions and cultural orientation of the uni-versity Youth League work, this paper analyzed the current situa-tion of it, and proposed new directions and ideas for it.%高校共青团组织作为中国共产主义青年团的组成部分，是中国共产党联系青年的桥梁和纽带；同时作为直接面向大学生青年的基层组织，共青团又在高校建设体系中占据重要的地位，为高等教育事业发挥了重要的作用。本文通过分析高校共青团工作的组织、职能、文化定位，剖析高校共青团工作的现状，提出团工作的新方向和新设想。
