针对中职生企业管理课程教学策略分析

With the rapid economic development, social demand for technical talents is continuously increasing. Secondary voca-tional school teachers are shouldering the important responsibility of cultivating technical talents, while the key to talent cultivation is the favorable organization of classroom teaching which can help students autonomously learn and grasp professional knowledge. The writer first briefly analyzed the teaching objectives and teachers' quality, and then, in accordance with the characteristics of enterprise management teaching, analyzed the case-based teaching method, aiming to seek teaching methods suitable for secondary vocational students.%随着经济的快速发展，社会对技术型人才的需求不断增加。中职教师肩负着培养技术型人才的重任，而培养人才的关键在于课堂教学的良好组织，让学生主动学习并掌握专业知识。笔者首先对教学对象及教师素养进行简要的分析，再根据企业管理课程教学特点，对案例分析教学法进行分析，寻求适合中职生的教学方法。
